Generally we  offer shipping service to all over the world by sea or by train or by air, it depend on what product customer buy,and what is the delivery country.
Please note that we are doing our best to provide the most updated information as we can regarding Lead Times & Shipping Delays. Keep in mind however that these Lead Times & Shipping Delays are changing constantly. Our Lead Times and Shipping Delay Time Frames are ESTIMATED these Lead Times & Delays will change. You may receive your order sooner then expected or you may recieve your order Later then Expected. At this time due to increased inquiries and short staff we are asking for patience. If you are contacting us regarding an order you have already placed or contacting us regarding an order you would like to place please allow 24 hours for a response. 
Note that all Manufacturers - Warehouses - Fulfillment Centers assocaited with dental assistant chair are extremely busy and very far behind in regards to shipping orders. Everyone is doing they best they can. Information - Lead Times - Inventory are changing constantly. Every order we receive is submitted for shipping. Every single one. Whether it is submitted for shipping from our own warehouse or submitted for shipping to a Manufacturer Fulfillment center. The faster you place your order the faster you get entered into the que for shipping. 



SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME


LINCHARM DENTAL ASSISTANT CHAIR prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 20 business days once an order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from CHINA.
Customers can expect general lead times of receiving the product within 30 business days.( Due to covid-19, the number of couriers has decreased and the transportation capacity is insufficient, which has caused delays in express delivery.)

If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel an order after a label has been created. If you want to cancel after the order has already been shipped you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. We provide refunds for the returned items only. 

​Under no circumstances can an address be changed once a shipping label has been created. 


METHODS OF SHIPPING


Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.
Usually, we use delivery: SHIP BY SEA OR BY TRAIN

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

LINCHARM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
