Non-returnable items: Customrized Product

All the order custoerized chair cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The order of cancelling policy, which means you have make order,and we have not begin to send the parcel although we have finishing the product production,you could cancel the order. Once the goods of parcel is collected by shipping company, we will not accept cancelling of  the order.

To be eligible for a return, only you could prove there is quality problem, and the item your received must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In this case, the shipping back charge and the tax fee back to china will be paid by the buyer.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your remaining payment method within 10 business days, after we deduct the shipping back fee and tax fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Fees & Liability

All returned products will be subject to inspection and may be subject to additional fees. Returned product without its original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. If item(s) are returned damaged or not in the original packaging, an additional 10% fee will be assessed to cover those costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and Lincharm is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process, including freight charges. All processing fees on returned items that were originally paid through the use of financing will be collected upfront before a return authorization number will be issued. 

If an item was originally shipped by freight, it must also be returned by freight – you will need to prepare the return in the original box and it must be strapped to a pallet. If you have questions about this process, we are available during business hours to offer assistance.

Warranty Policy - Shop with Peace of Mind

Every product offered by Lincharm is covered by a limited parts warranty that begins the same day the product is delivered. If anything does not work as intended within our warranty terms, we will resolved the issue with either replacements parts, replacement of complete units, a refund, or warranty repair services.
