Product Guarantee FAQs
1. Free Spare Parts or Repairing Service
When you buy a product on our site, and find it not working properly during the product guarantee time, you can contact us to get the free spare parts or get the free repairing service.
●Scope of Guarantee
All products on LINCHARM.com have the Free Spare Parts or Repairing Service guarantee during the product guarantee time.
The following situations are not included:
1. The item is out of the product guaranteed time. (You can find the guaranteed time for each product in the product details page.)
2. The damage of the item is caused during shipping.
3. The damage of the item is caused by man-made factors.
●Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit the Free Spare Parts or Repairing Service requests within product guaranteed time. Most products on our site have one year guaranteed time (from you receiving the product). You can find the guaranteed time for each product in the product details page. You can do this by submit us the free spare parts or repairing service request form.
2. HOW TO Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.
For example, if you order a dental assistant stool , it will need 3 business days of processing time and then 3-5 business days of shipping time if you select DHL shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 6-8 business days.

3. Calculating Shipping Cost
For other non-free shipping products, the shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product details pages do not include shipping cost.
You can calculate the shipping cost on the one step checkout page:
On the SHIPPING ADDRESS area input your shipping address and then in the SHIPPING METHOD area, there will be a list of shipping options for your choice. Then choose the one you would like us to ship out your order.
Important Note:
All the shipping cost calculated in our website system are for the sea or train shipping method cost to your door. If your order is more than 6 pcs and want a lower shipping cost, you can contact us any time for a lower air or sea shipping quote or you can submit us the lower air or sea shipping request form.
